Leading the global recruiting function, the full-time remote Director of Talent Acquisition will own the talent acquisition strategy, manage a global recruiting team, and partner with executives to ensure effective hiring practices aligned with business growth. Key responsibilities Own and execute the global talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business hiring needs Partner with executives and HR leaders to anticipate talent needs and develop proactive acquisition plans Coach and develop the recruiting team while providing strategic oversight for regional recruiting efforts Required qualifications Minimum 10 years of progressive talent acquisition experience in a global, technology, or SaaS environment At least 5 years of experience in people leadership and team development Proven ability to influence and lead recruiting teams in a matrixed environment, particularly with oversight of India-based teams Experience with AI-enabled recruiting tools and a strong understanding of compliance and bias mitigation Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and metrics to improve hiring outcomes
