You will build strong candidate relationships and play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction. This role is ideal for recruiters who want the resources of an established agency while still being recognized and rewarded for their individual contributions.Key Responsibilities Include:Source, recruit, and place qualified healthcare and allied professionals into local, travel, and contract positionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidatesManage the recruitment lifecycle, including screening, credentialing, compliance, interviews, and onboardingNegotiate compensation packages and contract terms with candidatesMaintain accurate candidate and job records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Meet and exceed production goals, including placements, submittals, and retention targets - bonus driven compensationLeverage social media, networking, and digital sourcing tools to identify new candidatesMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting experienceStrong knowledge of healthcare staffing, including local and travel contracts, and compliance requirementsProven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneouslyProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office toolsEffective written and verbal communicator with excellent relationship-building skillsComfortable negotiating pay rates and compensation packagesHighly motivated, energetic, and team-oriented with a track record of achieving recruitment goalsCompensation:Starting salary of $45,000 annually, plus performance bonuses.
