Find a fulfilling career and make a difference with UnityPoint Health.ResponsibilitiesManage the operational, financial and personnel activities of the Safety & Security Department.Oversees staff development and ensures required training andcertifications are maintained and documented.Evaluates employee performance.Promotes safe work performance by enforcing safety policies, implementing safety programs and training employees in safe practices.Manages departmental budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.Responsible for performance improvement activities for the Safety & Security department.Maintains and improves security systems including surveillance, access control, and communication tools.
