Printing Press OperatorJoin the Valpak Manufacturing Center as a Printing Press Operator. In this hands-on manufacturing role, you will work in a clean, climate-controlled production facility operating and supporting large commercial printing presses that produce millions of direct mail advertising pieces delivered to homes across the country.No commercial printing experience? No problem. If you have manufacturing experience, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn, we will provide paid, hands-on training through our VMC Progression Program to help you build a long-term career.What Your Day Looks LikeYou will spend your shift working alongside an experienced production team operating large commercial printing equipment in our climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Candidates must be able to:• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.• Lift and move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.• Climb ladders and work safely at varying heights.• Work around large production equipment and moving machinery.• Work in a noisy manufacturing environment where hearing protection is required.
