Find the ADHD Girls is seeking an experienced Volunteer Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media strategy and help us tell the human stories behind our mission.

Our goal is simple but ambitious: girls with ADHD should be identified and helped before age 8.

FTAG has grown rapidly, with 400+ Advocates across 33 countries , as well as an established digital audience of approximately 2,400 Facebook followers, 2,000 Instagram followers, 4,000 LinkedIn followers, and a 3,500-person email audience.

We now need one person who can look across our social platforms and help turn that reach into a coordinated, engaging social media presence.

What You'll Do

You'll work with our small FTAG team to:

• Develop and manage a consistent social media content calendar
• Create and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Identify opportunities to tell the stories of our Advocates, families, partnerships and community impact
• Repurpose existing FTAG resources, podcast appearances, educational materials and Advocate activities into engaging social content
• Use AI tools where helpful for brainstorming, drafting and repurposing while maintaining an authentic human voice
• Adapt content appropriately for different social platforms rather than simply posting identical content everywhere
• Develop campaigns that move followers toward meaningful actions such as learning, sharing resources, becoming an FTAG Fan or Advocate, or supporting the mission
• Monitor basic analytics and help us understand which content is actually reaching and engaging our audience
• Recommend ways to strengthen organic reach and community engagement

Who We're Looking For

We would especially love to hear from someone with experience in:

• Social media management or digital marketing
• Content strategy and storytelling
• Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
• Canva or similar content-creation tools
• Social media analytics
• Creating content for nonprofits, health organizations, education, advocacy or mission-driven brands

You do not need to be an ADHD expert. We'll provide the mission knowledge, resources and stories. We need someone who knows how to turn those ingredients into an effective social presence.
